• Pay Pal Payments accepted and will ship within 7 days.
• All sales final.
• All claims of missing, wrong, or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Product color and dimensions are approximate. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, sizes, shapes and colors may vary slightly. None of our products are intended for anyone under 3 years of age. Products are for decoration only. Batteries are not provided for all battery operated items.
• You agree that Cottage Home and Garden's liability related to the purchase of product shall be limited to the amout invoiced for the applicable product. Cottage shall not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party.
